Australian entertainer Ceaser Smith of “Magic Men Australia” chatted with Powerjournalist Markos Papadatos about his latest endeavors.

He has been a vital part of the Australian male revue “Magic Men Australia” for the past four years. “I am one of the longest-serving guys on there at the moment,” he admitted. “I have been in the industry for a lot longer, probably a decade. I am literally one of the veterans in the industry.”

American lawyer Robert Green Ingersoll once said: “A great man is a torch in the darkness, a beacon in superstition’s night, an inspiration and a prophecy.” Ceaser Smith of “Magic Men Australia” is such an inspiring individual.

On being a part of “Magic Men Australia,” Smith said, “It’s a world of emotions. It’s like playing baseball and hitting a home run, and I get that same feeling of adrenaline when I am on stage. It is actually magical, and it has been the highlight of my career.”

Smith lives in Melbourne, Australia, which he describes as a “very multicultural state,” which has been “really good” for him.

He praised Will Parfitt and Sean Wepener for being “two very humble” and “good guys.” “Will has been making his own name and he has been absolutely killing it, and Sean is just so full of life, and he wants to be a part of this industry,” he said. “I am also very good mates with Justin Michaels, he is honestly a leader, and he spends so much time making his show professional. Justin is a great person to look up to in this industry.”

Regarding his daily motivations, he responded, “Honestly, it’s this industry and performing. You are forced to train and do your best on a daily basis.”

“To be successful in life, the most important thing is time management,” he added.

Aside from being a “Magic Men Australia” performer, he is also a tradie that works as a builder in the daytime. “I build hotels and apartments in the city,” he said. “In my typical day, I get up anywhere from 3:15 a.m. to 3:45 a.m. I train first thing in the morning and I start work at 6 a.m. and I finish work around 7 p.m. at night.  Then, I will get home, and I either head to rehearsals for two hours or train after that. I do get two training sessions in a day. I am usually in bed by 11 p.m. and I would get my four or five hours of sleep a night. When you have been doing it for so long, it becomes second nature to you. When you love what you do, it doesn’t feel like work.”

On the title of the current chapter  of his life, he revealed, “I am actually a full-time member of Magic Men Australia as of next year.” “I will be taking time away from my construction life and the building game and I will devote 100 percent of my time with Magic Men Australia. We will be performing at proper stadiums and we are stepping up next year. We will be calling it the ‘All Star’ tour next year and we will tour nationally and internationally.”

For young and aspiring entertainers and performers, he said, “Be professional and humble, those are the two most important things. Find a skill that is unique and bring something new to the industry, and spend a lot of time mastering that skill.”

When asked what track and field event he would do, he noted that it would be “sprinting.” “I am actually quite a fast runner,” he said. “Back in school, I would run the 100 meters in 11.7 seconds so I was quite fast.”

He listed the freestyle as his personal favorite stroke in swimming, even though he acknowledged that he may not be the best swimmer.

Smith defined the word success as achieving both his long-term and short-term goals. “I’ve always had long-term goals,” he said. “When you reach a goal, have a new, loftier goal.”

For his fans and supporters, he concluded, “I wouldn’t be where I am without the fans. I cannot thank the fans enough. I spend a lot of time on my DMs and responding to my DMs. For me, I want to be the reason that somebody smiles today. If I can put a smile on somebody’s face that will make my day. My fans are so faithful and loyal. I love each and every one of them, and they are the reason why I smile each day.”
