Chippendales performer and certified personal trainer Ryan Worley shared his leg workout for quads (front part of the legs) that people can do at home while quarantined during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
Worley is able to guide fans and viewers through a sissy quat, which can be done by holding the edge of the couch, and he goes on to demonstrate the workout. “It is a little bit hard on your knees, so make sure you get a little bit warmed up first,” he said.
He concluded the clip by encouraging his fans to “Stay safe, stay sexy and to stay strong.”
