Paros NYC is an amazing Greek eatery in Manhattan

    Paros NYC is a terrific new Greek restaurant that opened in the heart of the Tribeca neighborhood in New York City.

    You need not scale up the heights of Mount Olympus in order to relish some Greek food and sweets that are fit for the deities themselves: all you need to do is take a trip to Paros NYC in Manhattan. 

    This #Powerjournalist had the good fortune to dine at Paros NYC back in mid-February. The restaurant is named after the Greek island of the same name. It is co-owned and run by General Manager Nicholas Pagonis and his brother, George Pagonis, who serves as an executive chef.

    In December of 2023, international pop megastar Taylor Swift dined at this Greek eatery, and it made headlines in such media outlets as People Magazine and Vogue.

    Their appetizers are a true work of culinary art. Their traditional Greek salad may be topped with any protein (such as steak, shrimp, salmon, or chicken), and the same holds true for their crispy Spanakopita, fried Calamari (with red tomato sauce on the side), as well as their Halloumi cheese, which is drizzled with candied orange, Paros honey, and topped with sesame seeds.

    As a main course, their “Lamb Chops” were tender and simply outstanding, as well as their Chicken Souvlaki with hand-cut fries and Green salad.

    Also, if one wants to sample some of the finest Greek desserts, they ought to try their “Dessert Platter,” which comes with many distinct Greek sweets such as Galaktobureko, Portokalopita (orange cake and syrup), and a scoop of ice cream. A fitting way to accompany dessert is a small cup or two of Greek coffee (“kafedaki”), which is recommended for any adrenaline rush.

    “Paros NYC is a fantastic Greek restaurant in a lovely modern setting in Tribecca,” exclaimed patron Penny Douskalis. “Even during a busy lunchtime, the wait staff was on point, and they gave excellent service.  All the food at Paros was delicious and it made for an incredible dining experience.”

    “Paros is delicious, and I cannot wait to go back,” Dar Dowling admitted. “I can see why Taylor Swift was so intrigued by Paros. Everything was so delicious there!”


    Summarily, Paros NYC is a phenomenal new Greek eatery in Manhattan, which offers a refreshing and modern approach to the Greek cuisine and style. The hospitality and service at this restaurant is tremendous. Prepare to be blown away! Paros NYC garners five out of five stars.
