Esteemed German DJ and producer Re.You has welcomed a host of new music in 2023, adding to his extensive catalogue of quality cuts for the likes of MoBlack Records, FCKNG SERIOUS, Kina Music and Variety music, to name just a few. Rounding out another seminal year, the established Berlin-based talent now joins the mighty SCI+TEC, delivering an impeccable remix of Habischman’s anthemic house cut ‘Evolving’.

Enjoying its initial release in the peak of summer, Habischman’s melodic house original became a firm favourite on the international festival circuit, entering the touring playlists of many of the scene’s A-list names. Featuring stunning vocals from Miila Mor, the track explored themes of escape and connection within a world-music-inspired house format, staying true to the cinematic charm of Habischman’s output.

Offering listeners a new perspective on the luscious production, Re.You presents us with a blissful slice of deep, tribal-inspired house that brings us right back to those summer months. Adopting a more stripped back approach, the remix champions Afro-beat sensibilities and subtle synth intricacies that are synonymous with Re.You’s unique strain of quality underground music. Championing crisp beats and delicate melodic phrasing, the cut cites intrigue around every corner, bolstered by its heady vocal chops.

With releases on Keinemusik, Souvenir Music, mobilee and Moon Harbour, Re.You has garnered a dedicated global fanbase and has established himself as one of the key players within the underground electronic music space. Finding inspiration and energy through every aspect of his musical career, the German native is well known for his ability to transmit emotion and movement through his deft compositions, and will no doubt be stepping into house music’s upper echelons in 2024.
