EDM fans in the Carolinas – come one and come all to Breakaway Music Festival! Held again at the Charlotte Motor Speedway in Concord, NC, it’s two days of jam-packed fun with your friends that you’ll never forget! So, clear your calendars for Friday September 27th and Saturday September 28th and come join this epic party.
I don’t even need to mention the lineup for this festival. You all know already. Okay but regardless I’m going to mention the lineup because IT’S AMAZING! With Alesso and Marshmello headlining Friday night, can you really ask for anything else? No, but Breakaway is going to give you much more anyway because they’re awesome people and want to deliver the fans the very best. Wax Motif? Yes please! You can find me front and center for that set. Save a little bit of your dance shoes and your voice for Saturday because Breakaway is delivering Fisher and Loud Luxury (fun fact – we once interviewed these guys at the pizza counter at a Manhattan Whole Foods). We recently got to see DJ Susan in Las Vegas and wow…the energy is insane! And do we even need to mention the prodigy that is Ian Asher? Talented is an understatement with him. Feeling like a cheesy infomercial here, because ‘but wait – there’s more!’. You’d certainly be making a mistake to miss sets by Kream and Nostalgix. We are also really looking forward to getting to experience some new artists sets!
What else is there aside from the music at Breakaway? Carnival rides, a roller-skating rink, a silent disco party, plenty of food vendors and some pretty great merch (eyeballing that longsleeve tee in the merch store..). Keep in mind Breakaway is all ages so the whole family can enjoy the great vibes together! Charlotte is a wonderful city to enjoy with your tribe before heading into the festival!
