Having just completed their coast-to-coast thirty-date spring tour of the States, Cosmic Gate single out another track from their summer-upcoming ‘MOSAIIK Chapter 2’ album.

For it the GRAMMY nominated duo have been joined by Nathan Nicholson, frontman of alt-indie grouping The Boxer Rebellion and more recently even, vocalist on releases by Claptone, Tinlicker, and Tom Staar. Collectively on ‘Follow You Anywhere’, Nic, Bossi & Nathan have conspired an incredible piece of music, which again vividly frames the deeper feels of the ‘MOSAIIK’ sound.

While its title might give you a sense of all things light, through ‘Follow You Anywhere’s lyrics, Tennessee-native Nathan gets deep under love’s skin. Touching on themes of devotion, obsession and the perfectly imperfect balance of relationships, his words chime brilliantly with CG’s production.

Musically, Nic & Bossi deliver a masterclass, straight from the school of less-is-more. The throb of its bass, pulsing midtempo pace, metronomically ticking percussion and its rolling, looming drums cast the sonic shadows long. As Nathan’s harmonies swirl in the background, at its midpoint Cosmic Gate amplify the floor drama again with judicious shards of melody, surging FX and perfectly crafted synth warp.

‘Follow You Anywhere’ joins ‘We Got The Fire’ and ‘Retrospection’ to singles-preface the summer 2022 release of ‘MOSAIIK Chapter 2’. The single is out today and available through all good streaming platforms and sales outlets here.
