Northern Nights Music Festival Unveils Phase Two Lineup and Groundbreaking Cannabis Integration for 10th Anniversary

Northern Nights Music Festival, known for its enchanting setting in Northern California’s Redwood Forest, has announced the phase two music lineup and groundbreaking cannabis integration for its highly anticipated 10th-anniversary celebration. This boutique festival, combining a diverse music lineup, wellness programming, and breathtaking natural landscapes, continues to captivate festival-goers as one of North America’s most unique experiences. With an eclectic array of artists, including Netsky, MiMOSA, KR3TURE, and more, as well as a pioneering cannabis experience, Northern Nights promise an unforgettable celebration of music and culture.

    A Diverse Music Lineup:

The festival’s commitment to showcasing both established and emerging artists make it a must-attend event on the West Coast festival circuit. Set against the backdrop of Cook’s Valley Campground in the scenic Emerald Triangle, Northern Nights offers a platform for discovering fresh talents alongside performances from renowned electronic music names. Phase two of the lineup introduces notable acts such as Belgian drum and bass legend Netsky, genre-bending artist MiMOSA, Santa Cruz’s unique act KR3TURE, and rising bass music producer NotLö. Revolutionizing Cannabis Integration:

For its 10th anniversary, Northern Nights is taking a pioneering step in the festival space by fully integrating a cannabis experience into its venue footprint. In collaboration with Weedmaps, Embarc Events, Cvalt, and One Log House, the festival will move away from the traditional “cannabis garden” model and incorporate cannabis vending throughout the festival grounds. This marks the first time a music festival seamlessly integrates cannabis sales into its overall experience. Through the Weedmaps platform and designated purchase pickup zones, festival-goers can enjoy open cannabis sales throughout the event, reimagining how cannabis can be integrated into the festival experience.

    The NN23 Tree Lounge:

The festival’s popular NN23 Tree Lounge returns with a centrally located cannabis activation. It will feature live music, shade, misters, and a dedicated area for cannabis sales. Royal Blunts, AbsoluteXtracts (ABX) + Farmer & The Felon, Arcata Fire, Rising Source x Ridgeline Farms, Madrone, and Boonville Farm (BNVL) will curate festival-wide cannabis experiences, providing attendees with a wide range of options to explore and enjoy.

    Creating a Unique Cannabis Strain:

In another groundbreaking move, Northern Nights will become the first music festival to introduce its own in-house cannabis strain. Collaborating with renowned breeder Humboldt Seed Company, Northern Nights has spent years searching for the perfect genetics. Festival-goers will have the opportunity to purchase seeds on-site for personal or commercial use, and flower samples will be available for sampling at the Tree Lounge. This venture demonstrates the festival’s commitment to revolutionizing the presentation of cannabis culture within a music festival format while supporting local cultivators.

    Movement & Wellness Programming:

Northern Nights has partnered with Movement Makers to curate a Movement & Wellness phase one lineup. Attendees can participate in various activities, including breathwork practices, sound healing experiences, primal movement, exploratory dance, community education circles, yoga classes, and a cacao ceremony. The festival offers a holistic approach to well-being, combining music, movement, and mindfulness.

As Northern Nights Music Festival celebrates its 10th anniversary, it continues to push boundaries and redefine the festival experience. With a diverse music lineup featuring both established acts and emerging talent, the festival offers a platform for discovery and musical exploration. The groundbreaking integration of cannabis, in collaboration with industry leaders, establishes Northern Nights as a pioneer in merging cannabis culture with the festival landscape. By creating its own strain and supporting local cultivators, the festival sets a new standard for celebrating cannabis in a responsible and inclusive manner. As attendees embark on a journey through the festival’s stages, immerse themselves in wellness activities, and appreciate the awe-inspiring Redwood Forest, Northern Nights promises an unforgettable celebration of music, culture, and the natural world.
